The booking page asks which appliance, what it does and the address, then offers the open times. Phone bookings and online bookings fill the same diary.
- Find the series if you can. The model finder shows where Viking puts the tag on a range, a wall oven, a grill and an outdoor refrigerator.
- Say what it does, not what you think broke. A smell, a sound, a temperature, how long it has been happening: that is more useful than a guess at a part.
- Deck work counts. Built-in grills and their side burners are booked the same way as the kitchen. For any other outdoor unit, ask on the call and give its model number.

Simmer setting on our older open-burner range kept dying under a covered pan. He reset the air shutters and changed a tired valve. Two visits, because that valve came from a supplier.
Broil element in the lower oven stopped glowing and the display threw a code. He read the code properly, tested the relay board as well as the element, and replaced only the element.
The built-in refrigerator was warm on the fresh food side. He diagnosed a failed evaporator fan in about half an hour and had the part on the van. Our cabinetry went back together perfectly.
