Glasses on the top rack kept coming out chalky, the bottom rack fine. A cracked spray-arm bearing, plus a filter nobody had ever lifted out. Both dealt with, and it washes properly now.
The built-in refrigerator was warm on the fresh food side. He diagnosed a failed evaporator fan in about half an hour and had the part on the van. Our cabinetry went back together perfectly.
Range oven igniter glowed orange for five minutes and the gas never opened. He tested current draw instead of guessing, changed the igniter, then ran a full preheat while I watched the probe.
